What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with the product division to tailor and implement the product policy to meet strategic objectives.
- Analyze and summarize sales data to share market insights with internal teams and the sales organization,
- Monitor and report on pricing performance and trends while maintaining and updating price books.
- Execute daily tactical quotes and requests.
- Manage supply and commitments during critical supply situations.
- Implement catalog distributor promotions.
- Support application marketing activities for assigned products, including collaboration with Business Development Engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years of job-related experience with experience managing and analyzing substantial amounts of sales and price data.
- Experience maintaining high levels of confidentiality with regards to company strategy and customers’ information with capability for continuous improvement of job.
- Interpersonal skills, collaboration, communication, and well-developed presentation skills.
- Well-developed facilitation skills to work among individuals from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
- Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Graduate-level coursework in Engineering or related field.
- Detailed knowledge of Murata’s technical and business operations.
- Financial and project management skills.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in Japanese.
- Some domestic travel and infrequent international travel.
