The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Warehouse and Supply Chain Management functions. This position coordinates general administrative, facility, and office support activities for the Rockmart, Georgia location. The Administrative Assistant works collaboratively across departments to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations, timely communication, accurate reporting, as well asavailability of facility, warehouse, and office supplies.

- Coordinates, analyzes, and manages the ordering of warehouse supplies to support operationalneeds.
- Partners closely with the Rockmart facilities team to coordinate facility maintenance activities and supply requirements.
- Supports all visitors entering through the lobby, serving as the facilities receptionist to ensure visitors are greeted and directed in a timely manner.
- Communicates facility maintenance concerns and recommendsimprovements to the appropriate personnel to help ensure the facility is properly maintained.
- Prepares and provides monthly reports supporting the Warehouse, Facilities, and Supply Chain Management functions.
- Coordinates the ordering and maintenance of office supply inventory.
- Manages the ordering and stocking of snack supplies, including monthly inventory analysis,and review of usage.
- Provides documentation support for Supply Chain Management and Warehouse operations.
- Provides general administrative support to Warehouse leadership and personnel.
- Maintains organized records and documentation toassignedadministrative and operational activities.
- Collaborates with internal teams to support efficient facility and business operations.
- Provides additional administrative and operational support asneeded.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of related administrative or business support experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong attention to detailwhile ensuringaccuracy.
- Adaptabilitywith theability to work effectively in a changing business environment.
- Some college coursework in business.
