We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Support the culinary team during peak hours by bussing tables and ensuring that clean dishes are readily available.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as required.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
