About The Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Controller to lead MTech Systems’ accounting operations during a critical period of growth and transition. This role owns accounting governance, internal controls, and close oversight while serving as the primary liaison with auditors and group finance.

What You’ll Do
- Own accounting governance, policies, and internal controls (FARC)
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with a focus on balance sheet integrity
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital reporting
- Own CapEx budgeting, governance, and actuals tracking
- Serve as primary audit lead and liaison with external auditors and group finance
- Provide final authority on accounting and technical accounting decisions
- Oversee international accounting and tax considerations across multiple entities
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team
- Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, FinOps, Payroll, and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including controllership responsibility
- Strong US GAAP and technical accounting background
- Proven experience leading audits and working with external auditors
- Experience in multi‑entity or global environments
- CPA Required
- Experience in PE‑backed or SaaS organizations
- Exposure to international tax and cross‑border accounting
- ERP implementation or optimization experience
- Play a critical role in stabilizing and scaling a global finance organization
- High visibility and partnership with senior leadership
