Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the nursing services department
- Develop, update, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and manuals
- Lead quality assurance programs and implement action plans for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Oversee completion of medical records, reports, and care documentation
- Structure and supervise in-service training programs for nursing staff
- Participate in state and federal inspections and surveys
- Foster a culture of teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Indiana (required)
- Prior experience in nursing administration, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality resident care and staff development
