Muniweb – We Are Hiring - Website CMS Administrator


Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Website CMS (Content Management System) Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, updating, and migrating website content across various platforms. A self-starter with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and prior experience with CMS platforms like Umbraco, WordPress, or similar systems would be highly advantageous.


Key Responsibilities

1. Add, update, and manage website content using CMS platforms.

2. Perform content migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality across pages.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain consistency in branding and messaging.

4. Monitor and troubleshoot CMS-related issues, ensuring seamless website functionality.

5. Optimize website content for usability and accessibility standards.

6. Provide recommendations for improving workflows, content organization, and system capabilities.

7. Support cross-functional teams with content-related requests and updates.


Required Skills & Experience

1. Experience in content migration projects.

2. Domain knowledge of municipalities' operations is desirable.

3. Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards.

4. Prior experience in a digital marketing or web management role is a plus.

5. Proven experience with CMS platforms such as Umbraco, WordPress, or other similar systems.

6. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for light customizations and troubleshooting.

7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

8. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

9. Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter.

10. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
