Operations Manager

We’re looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate about operational excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to drive results.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, overseeing projects in the Eglin Air Force Base area, ensuring efficiency, and proactively addressing challenges. You’ll need to see the big picture while handling the details, making data-driven decisions, and keeping projects on track.

This role requires a strong leader who can assertively manage situations, stay competitive, and execute strategies with precision.

This is a full-time salaried position with full benefits available.

Work hours are 40-50 hours per week depending on the season and workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
• Proactive Leadership: Identify and address potential issues before they become problems, keeping everything on schedule.
• Decision Making & Problem Solving: Utilize analytics and fact-finding skills to make informed, strategic decisions.
• Process & Detail Management: Ensure all operational procedures are followed precisely, with a strong focus on follow-up and follow-through.
• Multitasking & Urgency: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with an internal sense of urgency.
• Team & Resource Management: Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to meet performance expectations.
• Customer & Client Relations: Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure service excellence.
• Time entry and approval of all crews.
• Ensuring all Safety protocols are implemented and followed.
• Development and implementation of Weekly work plan with Production Manager.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• multi-crew management: 3 years (Preferred)
