Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Permit Coordinator based in Franklin, TN. The Permit Coordinator will manage and process permit applications, ensure compliance with building codes, and track progress through the permitting process. The role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and municipalities, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting inspection-related tasks as required. The candidate will play an integral role in keeping development projects on schedule while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
