Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Savannah, GA, for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. Responsibilities include training and managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation standards, monitoring food safety and sanitation practices, and collaborating with management for menu innovation. The Executive Chef will also manage costs, optimize kitchen efficiency, and maintain a motivated and productive culinary team.

- Proven experience in culinary leadership, menu planning, and kitchen management
- Expert-level culinary skills, including recipe development, food preparation, and presentation

- Budgeting, inventory control, and cost management experience
- Creativity and innovation in menu creation and seasonal dish planning
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
