Fixed Asset Portfolio Reconciliation Project (Internship)
Municipal Credit Union (MCU) is seeking an intern to support a focused operational and financial reconciliation project involving our portfolio of fixed assets. The project will involve reviewing and reconciling multiple data sources to ensure accurate records and controls over MCU‑owned assets.
The intern will work with Finance and Accounting to:
Duration will probably be 4-6 weeks.

Fixed Asset Portfolio Reconciliation Project (Internship)
Municipal Credit Union (MCU) is seeking an intern to support a focused operational and financial reconciliation project involving our portfolio of fixed assets. The project will involve reviewing and reconciling multiple data sources to ensure accurate records and controls over MCU‑owned assets.
The intern will work with Finance and Accounting to:
- Reconcile the inventory of fixed assets to the fixed asset ledger
- Match the individual assets housed at various locations to related lease agreements
- Compare lease details and invoices to accounts payable records
- Ensure all reconciled fixed asset lists are in agreement with other internal ledgers ensuring completeness and accuracy
Duration will probably be 4-6 weeks.
