Overview: The ERM Operations Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, maintenance of ERM repositories, and day‑to‑day support of ERM tools and processes. The position supports the effectiveness of the ERM program by ensuring information is organized, complete, and maintained in accordance with established standards.
This is an entry‑level role that does not require prior risk management experience and is ideal for an individual who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working with systems, data, and documentation..
Responsibilities:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform routine and recurring data entry in support of ERM activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize the ERM document repository, including files, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Support the administration and upkeep of ERM tracking tools, including Smartsheets, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Assist with updates to risk registers, assessments, and supporting materials as directed by ERM leadership.
- Conduct quality checks to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure documentation follows established naming conventions, version control, and retention standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and track required ERM information.
- Assist with preparation of basic reports, summaries, and status updates using Microsoft Office tools.
- Support periodic ERM cycles and initiatives through administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and non‑public information.
- Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, coordinator, or data‑entry role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a process‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Smartsheets or similar workflow/tracking tools preferred.
- Well‑organized with strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and documentation standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technologically proficient and comfortable working with multiple systems.

The pay range for this position is between $66,300-100,800 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, 401(k) with an 6% employer match per pay period. Benefits for this position include Medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, flexible paid time off and 11 paid holidays annually.
