What You'll Do
- Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and determine coverage
- Develop estimates using Cotality
- Guide policyholders through the claims process with clear communication
- Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes
- Participation in catastrophe duty as needed. CAT duty can be throughout the United States and can last up to 4 weeks.
What You Bring
- Property claims handling experience
- Estimating platform experience (Xactimate, Cotality, Symbility, etc.)
- Experience with property inspections and damage assessment
- Knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in the field, including climbing ladders (40 lbs)
- Applicants requiring employer sponsorship of a visa will not be considered for this position.
Location & Travel
Candidates must be located in or near Springfield, OH, Lima, OH and/or Dayton, OH area and must have flexibility to complete CAT deployment as needed.
