What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Advisory Partner position at Munich Re America Services?
- Advising on complex employee issues and managing employee relations cases.
- Developing and implementing HR policies to promote ethical behavior, compliance, risk mitigation and an optimal employment environment.
- Serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and workplace regulations.
- Analyzing HR metrics including employee sentiment, feedback and case data to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement in processes, policies and offerings that impact the employee experience.
- Collaborating with HR teams, local labor law experts, and other stakeholders to ensure a compliant and effective approach to employee relations.
- Supporting regional and global initiatives, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) topics, employee engagement surveys, and other projects related to the employment life cycle and journey.
- Overarching understanding of all HR processes and policies to be able to address most frequent employee enquiries
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in process optimization, ensuring efficient and scalable employee advisory services
- Data-driven mindset, leveraging HR analytics and case resolution metrics to enhance advisory outcomes
