Senior ICT Infrastructure Manager

• Manage a team of individuals responsible for airport ICT infrastructure including server and network configuration, security, accessibility, connectivity, and backup.
• Maintain an effective, secure, and resilient ICT infrastructure that supports the airport operational requirements, providing voice and data networks and ICT equipment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the ICT strategy, plans and policies as a member of the ICT team.
• Design and implement short and long-term plans to ensure ICT infrastructure meets existing and future capacity and capability requirements.
• Maintain Hardware Asset Register detailing ICT equipment used by the Group, and identify, analyses and manage associated information risks.
• Develop procedures and associated implementation, testing and training plans for infrastructure administration, security and data management and implement security measures to minimize risk to information assets.
• Manage proactive maintenance (e.g. patching) and ensuring processes and configurations are clearly documented.
• Ensure that business continuity measures are implemented and kept up to date, including disaster recovery plans for critical systems and telephony.
• Prepare business cases and project documents for ICT infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams or personnel to develop & ensure infrastructure systems are configured according to policy or standard security practice.
• Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and products.
• Ensure ICT systems are secure, resilient by adhering to current design principles as well as defining future roadmap for system improvements.
