What You Will Do
- Create and facilitate virtual and in-person training programs.
- Help create and refine training programs to support Mungo Homes sales leaders and sales team members.
- Collaborate with other training team members to produce creative and effective ideas for training engagement.
- Help create new and effective training courses on sales process, standard operating procedures, communication, and leadership.
- Help create training outlines, guides and workbooks
- Create instructional training micro-skill videos for Learning Management System
- Create continuing education eblasts and follow up resources.
- Assist other trainers in facilitating cross-departmental trainings as needed.
- Strong public speaking skills
- Excellent grammar and writing skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to create and adhere to company processes and procedures and hit department project deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other training team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional related experience.
- Minimum 2 years homebuilding sales experience.
- Jeff Shore Consulting Sales Training expertise preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Kova or other homebuilding ERP systems
- Hubspot or other CRMs
