This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating tasks and schedules between the internal engineering team and outside engineering firms to ensure that projects are ready for development on schedule.

Education and/or Experience: Experience in land development and the entitlement process including subdivision plans, grading, utilities, rezoning approvals, permitting processes and requirements for subdivision projects.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develops schedules for entitlement process on new projects under consideration. Feeds schedules into LPP’s (land position profiles) that coincide with cashflows from estimating. Get schedule approval with Market Management, Acquisitions, and Development Manager.
- Tracks and drives current entitlements to ensure that they stay on schedule.
- Meets with management team for regular project updates.
- Identifying key milestones with acquisitions team for entitlements, approvals, and contract deadlines.
- Ensuring contract terms comply with needed schedule of business plan.
- Tracking entitlement timeframes for projects according to business plan schedules.
- Ensuring that all needs are met to move onto the next stage of project – tracking/following up on approvals,
- Tracking contract deposit schedules vs milestones and deliverables.
- Aware of municipal trends as it relates to entitlement requirements for development work, architectural requirements, etc.
- Attend meetings with municipal planning and rezoning staff.
