Mungenast Lexus of St Louis is hiring a motivated and personable Service Greeter. The Service Greeter is responsible for receiving and assisting customers.
Other duties include:
- Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtaining vehicle information.
- Controlling service traffic flow and parking.
- Advising customers on dents, bumpers, or any other exterior repairs.
- Ensuring that vehicles are parked in assigned areas. Making sure they are locked and all keys are marked and put away correctly.
- Making sure all loaner vehicles get checked in properly after vehicle is returned from the customer.
- Making sure all forms, seat covers, and floor mats are in-stock.
- Maintaining a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Placing the RO’s on the appropriate team’s podium and pulling waiter vehicles on the appropriate lift.
- Treating other employees with the same respect that they would want to be treated.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Maintaining a professional appearance.
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Pay is $18.00-$20.00 hourly plus commission based on sales ability. The more you sell the more you make.

This job is scheduled on a 4-day work week! Although Saturdays are required. Every three weeks you get Friday through Tuesday off!
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must have basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- This position requires frequent movement (walking and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly) as well as standing most of the day.
- Courteous, effective, and professional communication with customers and staff is required.
