What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealership Housekeeper position at Mungenast Lexus of St Louis?
Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis is hiring a personable and motivated part-time or full-time Housekeeper. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning the dealership.
- Washing all windows, glass doors and glass panels throughout the dealership.
- Mopping and cleaning service waiting area, offices, locker room and lunch room, halls, bathrooms.
- Sweeping showroom, halls, steps, and vending areas.
- Cleaning all signs, posters, service signs, mirrors, fans, and vending machines.
- Cleaning bathrooms and restocking paper and soap supplies as needed.
- Emptying and cleaning all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
- Performing routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.
- Emptying and cleaning lunchroom and bistro refrigerators once a week.
- Working events (setup & breakdown, bathrooms, trash etc.)
- Setting up conference & training room for meetings.
- Laundering cleaning towels.
- Vacuuming carpet daily.
- Maintaining a professional appearance.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Pay starts at $20 per hour.
We are looking for someone who can work either full-time or part-time. Saturdays are required from 8:00am-5:00pm.
