• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure health standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools efficiently.
• Manage laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed.
• Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work safely and effectively.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work with safety awareness.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client locations.
• Excellent client communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Knowledge of various cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective service delivery.
• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or specialized cleaning services is a plus.
