****Compensation is a guaranteed hourly wage PLUS non-capped commission with NO minimum monthly sales thresholds before commission is paid.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with sales team members to achieve store sales goals and promote merchandise effectively.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
• Cultivate leads by calling and texting current promotions.
• Work pre scheduled off-site events at fairs and public events.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills with a focus on collaboration with sales teams
• Proficient in retail sales
• Basic math skills and retail math knowledge for accurate transactions
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to think "outside the box" to maximize sales opportunities.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interaction and service
• Must be reliable

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
