Role Overview
Mundial Media is seeking an Associate Director of Advertising Operations to lead execution, optimization, and scaling of high-impact, multicultural advertising campaigns across display, video, CTV, and programmatic channels.
This role sits at the center of revenue delivery and product execution, ensuring that campaigns powered by Cadmus AI translate into measurable business outcomes for clients.
You will own end-to-end campaign operations, manage internal workflows, and help scale a best-in-class Ad Ops function that supports rapid company growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle (setup → QA → launch → optimization → reporting)
- Execute across:
- Programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk)
- Direct IO campaigns
- Video & CTV environments
- Ensure flawless delivery across:
- PMP deals
- Private marketplace curated supply
- Direct publisher integrations
2. Optimization & Performance Management
- Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, VCR, CPA, ROAS, engagement)
- Actively optimize:
- Targeting (contextual, audience, geo)
- Creative performance
- Inventory allocation
- Partner with Sales to improve:
- Campaign outcomes
- Renewal rates
- Upsell opportunities
3. Cadmus AI Integration
- Operationalize Cadmus AI segments across campaigns
- Translate AI-driven insights into:
- Targeting strategies
- Media plans
- Real-time optimization decisions
- Provide feedback loop to Product/Engineering:
- Signal quality
- Segment performance
- New feature opportunities
4. Workflow & Process Scaling
- Build and refine:

Qualifications
Required
- 5–8 years in Ad Operations, Programmatic, or Digital Media
- Deep experience with:
- DSPs (Trade Desk, DV360)
- Ad servers (Google Ad Manager)
- Programmatic ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, data interpretation, reporting)
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns at scale
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with CTV and video environments
- Familiarity with contextual targeting and cookieless solutions
- Experience working with multicultural or bilingual audiences
- Exposure to AI-driven media or data products
- SQL / BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus
