Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Dental Billing and Dental Insurance.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome Patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check Patients in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Help getting Insurance breakdowns
- Running Reports in Eaglesoft
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience as front desk in a Dental Office
- Proficiency in using phone systems and Dental software like Eaglesoft
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
