Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Microscope Service Technician located in Sanford, NC. The role requires performing regular maintenance and repair for microscopes and related laboratory equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and field servicing a variety of microscope brands, ensuring optimal functionality, and addressing client concerns. The technician will also interact directly with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of microscopes and related lab equipment
- Skilled in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience in Field Service, including travel to customer sites and on-site repairs
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide clear communication, support, and satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate an attention to detail
- Prior experience with Olympus and Nikon microscopes is advantageous
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
- Technical certification or relevant hands-on experience is preferred
