Customer Service / Inside Sales position for a manufacturing company.
We use an ERP software so applicants must be extremely fluent in "QuickBooks style" programs.
Typical responsibilities will be working with customers to answer questions about shipments, making quotes, processing orders, answering phones and emails, working with other departments to take care of customers, etc. Applicants must be fluent in the Microsoft Office suite, be able to learn the company’s computer software system, and have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Must have prior experience in customer service or inside sales.
We are located in Turbotville, PA, near Watsontown, Milton, Montgomery, Muncy, Hughesville, and Allenwood and central to Montoursville, Williamsport and Danville.
