- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and clients using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents
- Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries to support financial accuracy
- Assist with office management duties including supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions
- Support administrative projects such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing spreadsheets for various departments
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and word processing tasks
- Experience with office management systems including multi-line phone systems and calendar scheduling tools
