Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, reliable Weekend Party Hostto prep, host, and help run birthday parties on Saturdays and Sundays. This role is perfect for someone who loves kids, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making special moments memorable.
This is a weekend-only, part-time positionwith consistent hours and the opportunity to earn tips.
Typical Schedule
- Saturdays:Approximately 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sundays:Approximately between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekday: If prep for parties is needed
(Hours may vary slightly based on party bookings.)
Responsibilities
- Prep for the parties ensuring we have everything we need for the upcoming parties
- Set up and prep (decorate) party rooms before each event
- Greet party families and help them feel welcomed and supported
- Host birthday parties from start to finish
- Assist with keeping the party on schedule
- Engage with children in a fun, upbeat, and safe way
- Help with clean-up and reset between parties
What We’re Looking For
- Loves working with children and families
- Able to move quickly and stay organized during busy times
- Reliable and punctual (weekends are a must!)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting light items
- Prior experience with kids, parties, childcare, or customer service is a plus — but not required
- Someone who has attention to detail
- Must be 18 or older
