Position Overview
This is a hands-on, active role focused on customer experience and maintaining a clean, organized space. You’ll be interacting with families, keeping the play area running smoothly, and ensuring everything stays spotless and inviting.
This is not a sit-down job—you’ll be on your feet, moving, cleaning, and multitasking throughout your shift.
This position is Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM and requires working shifts independently, including full responsibility for closing the space.
This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable being the only team member on shift and taking full ownership of the space.
Key Responsibilities
- Run your shift independently and confidently from start to finish
- Greet and check in guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Create a welcoming, positive environment for families
- Engage with children and parents throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean and organized play space at all times
- Perform continuous cleaning (wiping surfaces, tidying toys, sweeping, etc.)
- Lead and facilitate daily activities such as crafts, sensory play, and special events
- Stay productive and manage time effectively without supervision
Closing Responsibilities:
- Mopping floors
- Sanitizing all surfaces and play equipment
- Thorough bathroom cleaning
- Resetting the space for the next day
Physical Requirements
This role requires:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting
- Climbing stairs throughout the day
- Moving quickly during busy periods
Qualifications
- Experience in childcare, customer service, or similar preferred
- Strong attention to detail—especially with cleaning
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your shift
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable interacting with children and families
Requirements
- Must be 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a background check and drug test
Pay & Perks
- $15/hour during training, $18/hour once independent

Schedule
Part-time
Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (closing shift)
