- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and perform cashier duties with precision and integrity.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area meets sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly to ensure quick service delivery.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and food industry best practices to ensure quality standards are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Experience in cashiering, food handling, or retail math will help you excel in this role.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation standards is highly valued.
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
