Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure the efficient functioning of all operational aspects of the firm, including finance, human resources, technology, facilities management, and administration, while working remotely.
- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to maximize profitability and sustain long-term financial health. Monitor financial performance remotely, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership remotely to formulate and execute strategic plans that align with the firm's mission, vision, and objectives. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging challenges to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
