Munal’s Donuts is looking for a dependable, hardworking, self-motivated person to join our overnight production crew.

We make fresh donuts while the rest of the world sleeps, and we’re looking for someone who can handle the unusual hours, fast-paced environment, and responsibilities that come with keeping a busy bakery running.

Our crew is small, our personalities are big, and our sense of humor is definitely not corporate. We work hard, laugh often, and take pride in what we produce.

But here’s the deal: Reliability is our #1 requirement.

We can teach you how to make donuts. We can teach you how to decorate, fry, glaze, and prepare our products. What we cannot teach you is personal responsibility, a strong work ethic, or how to get yourself out of bed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing, glazing, filling, frosting and possibly decorating a variety of fresh donuts.
• Following recipes and established procedures to maintain consistent quality.
• Keeping production moving efficiently to meet daily deadlines.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment, workstations, and kitchen areas.
• Assisting with ingredient preparation, inventory, and other production tasks.
• Working alongside a small team where everyone is expected to contribute and pull their weight.

What We Absolutely Need

• Dependability: If you’re scheduled, we’re counting on you to be here, on time and ready to work.
• Reliable Transportation: You must have your own dependable transportation and a consistent plan for getting yourself to and from work, including weekends and during typical seasonal weather.
• Overnight Availability: You must be able to consistently work approximately midnight to 8 AM, including weekends.
• Personal Accountability: You are responsible for managing your sleep schedule, setting your alarms, and arriving ready to work.
• Strong Work Ethic: We’re looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without constant reminders.
• Physical Stamina: You must be able to stand for extended periods, work in a warm kitchen, and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintaining a sanitary, organized workspace is essential.
• Positive Attitude: We love people who can laugh, learn, take constructive feedback, and keep a good attitude when things get hectic.

Experience?

Previous bakery, restaurant, kitchen, or food production experience is a plus, but NOT required.

We are absolutely willing to train the right person.

We would rather hire someone with zero donut experience and excellent attendance than someone with years of experience who cannot be counted on.
