Grounds Management Department Manager

Munaco Landscape is seeking an experienced Grounds Management Department Manager to lead our Maintenance and Enhancement Division. This role is responsible for overseeing crews, quality, scheduling, and client satisfaction across residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and understands how to run efficient, high-quality landscape operations.
Services You’ll Lead
- Lawn mowing & weekly maintenance
- Lawn fertilization & turf care
- Spring & fall clean-ups
- Mulch installations & summer enhancements
- Flower bed care, installations, and renovations
- Small landscape renovations & plantings
- Snow removal & ice management operations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple crews and foremen
- Plan and execute weekly and seasonal schedules
- Ensure all work meets Munaco Landscape quality standards
- Serve as a primary contact for maintenance clients
- Oversee snow operations, staffing, and storm response
- Manage labor efficiency, productivity, and job quality
- Lead with Munaco Landscape’s core pillars: Customer Service, Quality, Professionalism, Efficiency, and Pride
Qualifications
- 5 years in landscape maintenance or grounds management
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of turf, plants, seasonal services, and snow operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
