Hours: Monday through Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm
Pay is based upon experience $21.00/HR-$26.00/HR
Role and responsibility below:
Operate machinery used in the production process.
Examine products to verify conformance to procedures.
Move raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or with pallet jack.
Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
Mark or tag identification on parts.
Controls accuracy of product moving from WIP to finished goods using ERP system.
Separate products according to level of completion and production schedule.
Troubleshoots inventory inaccuracies within production area.
Organizational Relationships:
Production Technician reports to the Production Supervisor.
Maintains production operations by organizing the areas conversion and assisting the Production Leads.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Training:
Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in aiding the production team in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred experience within metal fabrication, assembly, or welding.
Intermediate computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point, Publisher, and Excel.
Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of product conversion, effective oral and written communication skills, and/or the ability to delegate and learn.
