Data Entry Specialist - Credit Applications

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data from credit applications into our Salesforce CRM system. This is an in-person position at our office location.

Key Responsibilities

• Input customer information from credit applications into Salesforce CRM with high accuracy
• Review applications for completeness and flag missing information
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial information
• Process applications in a timely manner to meet departmental deadlines
• Communicate with team members regarding application status and issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous data entry or administrative experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player

Working Conditions

• This is an in-person, non-remote position
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours
