Master of Tasks & Follow-Up

JOB POSITION:

As our Super Follow-Up Specialist, your mission is clear: ensure every task, order, and detail is meticulously managed from start to finish. You'll oversee the preparation and readiness of orders, taking full responsibility to ensure everything is on track for timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

· Order Preparation Mastery: Take charge of order processing, ensuring all components are gathered and ready for shipment promptly.

· Database Update: Update and maintain our database with accuracy and efficiency, keeping all information current and accessible.

· Contract Oversight: Read and interpret contracts, filling in essential details to support operational needs.

· Follow-Up Expertise: Your key to success lies in follow-up! Monitor and chase down every task, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

· Speed and Efficiency: Embrace speed and dynamism; prioritize swift action over procrastination to meet deadlines effectively.

· Technological Savvy: Proficient in email management, Word, and Excel—essential tools for seamless communication and document handling.

· Compliance Champion: Handle compliance documents with ease, navigating through extensive paperwork to ensure regulatory standards are met.

While we offer training and are patient with those who are new to the role, the key to success here is the ability to quickly adapt and learn and FOLLOW UP.

This position also requires flexibility; there will be times when we need to reach out after hours for help or reminders. You need to be comfortable with this and ready to respond to tasks and emails promptly. We want to ensure smooth communication, and this is an important part of the job.
