Ehrhardt Tool & Machine specializes in custom automated equipment, special machinery, and metal stampings. We're looking for a Manufacturing/Production Associate to join our team!
In this role, you'll operate manufacturing equipment to punch, cut, form, chamfer, clean, weld, and assemble parts while following established procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Follow manufacturing procedures and standard operating procedures to produce parts.
- Position and align parts in dies, fixtures, or other machine setups.
- Operate machinery using designated controls.
- Monitor machine operation to identify defects or malfunctions.
- Follow safety regulations and report safety concerns to management.
- Produce quality parts according to customer specifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
