POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Operations Specialist manages the daily execution of customer orders, inventory transactions, and third-party fulfillment activity, serving as the operational link between Sales, Finance, Customer Support, our 3PL partners, and Supply Chain.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management (~60%)
· Review new customer orders submitted through HubSpot and ensure clean integration into NetSuite.
· Validate product availability and coordinate inventory allocation.
· Partner with Finance to ensure accurate billing and order information.
· Create and manage customer orders within Bolt OMS.
· Coordinate with 3PL and other fulfillment partners on timely picking, packing, and shipment.
· Monitor order status from receipt through delivery.
· Investigate and resolve order exceptions, system errors, and fulfillment discrepancies.
· Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders on order status and customer commitments.
Inventory Management (~40%)
· Process inbound receipts and outbound inventory transactions.
· Maintain inventory accuracy across NetSuite, OMS, and warehouse systems.
· Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
· Participate in cycle counts, physical inventories, and routine audits.
· Ensure all inventory movements are accurately documented.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Engineering, third-party logistics providers, and vendors/suppliers to ensure operational excellence throughout the order fulfillment process.

Experience with similar ERP, OMS, or WMS platforms is highly transferable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
· 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Order Management, Inventory Control, or Logistics.
· Experience working within ERP, OMS, or WMS systems.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred
· Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, or Bolt OMS.
· Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
· Inventory management or cycle count experience.
· Experience supporting technology, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
