General Summary:
This position reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for providing support to various accounting functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly account analyses and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for month-end close
- Responsible for monthly lease accounting procedures
- Prepare Audit Schedules for Interim and Year-End
- Assist with various monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
- Assist in preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Assist with compliance process and internal audit function
- Perform other duties that may be assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in Business with emphasis in accounting
- 3-5 years of work experience in accounting department
- Knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP)
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients or customers.
- Proficient in Excel & SAP experience preferred
- Experience with OneStream and/or Prophix software, a plus.
- Ability to resolve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only a limited amount of information may be available.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while achieving deadlines
- Manufacturing/Distribution background, a plus.
- CPA license, a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay wage: $85,000-$110,000/Annually
- 11 paid Holidays
