Role:
Serve as a key liaison between business units and IT, responsible for gathering and translating business needs into actionable technical and functional requirements. Coordinate vendor implementations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. Evaluate processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities, support solution delivery through testing and validation, and contribute to operational efficiency and successful project outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and support documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional, system, technical, and data requirements. Lead requirements discussions, document processes, and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Support the successful delivery of solutions by identifying risks, addressing issues, and ensuring requirements are accurately implemented.
- Serve as the project coordinator for multiple vendor implementations, acting as the central point of contact between internal departments and external partners. Gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements to ensure alignment across stakeholders, including IT, operations, compliance, and leadership teams. Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks. Facilitate regular status meetings, track progress through ticketing systems, and provide consistent updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Communicate insights, recommendations, and propose enhancements to leadership to support informed decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
- Use development specifications to design and execute test cases that validate system functionality and performance. Test enhancements, system changes, and new features to ensure they function as intended and meet defined business and technical requirements. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Support user acceptance testing by verifying outcomes, ensuring quality standards are met, and promoting seamless implementation experience.
- Assist with documentation preparation as necessary.
- Stay up to date on the latest process and IT/system advancements.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
