Digital Marketing & Creative Media Manager
We are seeking a highly creative, self-motivated, and results driven Digital Marketing & Creative Media Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy, online branding, and content production efforts across multiple platforms. This dynamic, hybrid role combines marketing, media production, graphic design, and e-commerce support, requiring both creative vision and technical skills. You will work closely with leadership to ensure our brand is represented consistently and professionally across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across all online platforms (social media, email, web, and paid ads).
· Create and manage advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, etc.).
· Build and maintain SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
· Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and directory listings.
Website Development & Management:
· Oversee design, development, updates, and maintenance of company websites.
· Ensure websites are mobile-optimized, user-friendly, and SEO-compliant.
· Integrate e-commerce tools, payment gateways, and product pages.
Social Media Management:
· Create, curate, and schedule social media content across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and grow follower base.
· Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and conversion rates.
Photography, Videography & Media Production:
· Capture high-quality photos and video content for marketing and documentation.
· Edit and produce professional visual content for digital campaigns.
· Maintain media library and organize digital assets for quick access.
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
· Design logos, digital graphics, print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.).
· Understand digitizing and learn concepts of stitch files (will train)
· Write and edit compelling content for blogs, emails, websites, and product descriptions.
· Ensure consistent branding across all content and media.
· Strong knowledge and use of AI tools.
· Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
E-commerce & Sales Support:
· Manage online product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
· Process and fulfill online orders, including packaging and shipping coordination.
· Collaborate with sales staff to align digital efforts with physical operations.
Analytics & Reporting:
· Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Shopify, etc.
· Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
· Present regular reports to executive leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
General & Cross-Functional Duties:
· Assist in special projects assigned by leadership.
· Collaborate with internal teams and vendors as needed.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
· Take the initiative to innovate and suggest new strategies to improve brand reach and efficiency.
· Provide excellent communication and customer service in person and via email, phone, group messaging, and social media.
Qualifications:
· Will only train the right entry level candidate.
· Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2 years of experience in digital marketing, media production, or related areas.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.
· Strong knowledge of website platforms (e.g., Wix, GoDaddy).
· Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and analytics platforms.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with shifting priorities.
· Flexibility to take on duties outside standard industry roles as needed.
· Must be highly organized and able to multi-task within multiple businesses.
Position Type:
Full-time | On-site | Some remote flexibility
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
