We’re hiring a dependable, motivated team player to support a growing East Tennessee service company.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment and is ready to grow into a leadership-level support role as part of a team.
What You’ll Do: Phones & Client Care
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling and questions.
- Make outbound calls regarding appointments, and start times.
- Respond to emails, texts, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Serve as a helpful point of contact for clients, real estate agents, and business partners.
Scheduling & Systems
- Scheduling & Administrative Support.
- Schedule and manage appointments using Spectora.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment details.
- Process agreements, notes, attachments, and related documentation.
- Monitor inspector schedules and daily appointments.
- Assist with report delivery follow-up and client communication.
- Work daily in: Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, 3CX call management system
Office & Team Support
- Update our weekly Metrics Deck with performance data from all businesses
- Help write and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Additional opportunity to assist with social media content (Facebook, Instagram), newsletters (Mailchimp), and Google review requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Administrative assistant, receptionist, scheduling, or virtual assistant experience
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with home inspection, real estate, or service-based businesses is a plus
