JOB SUMMARY:
Claritev's Technology Summer Internship Program is a 3-month, internship opportunity forcurrent undergraduate juniors (Winter 2027/Spring 2028 graduates)interested in a hands-on experience in technology during the summer before their senior year.
Interns will be placed on a team within Claritev's technology organization for the duration of the internship. A variety of roles are open to summer interns, including full-stack software development, AI engineering, project management, data science, data management, cloud engineering, and information security. Applicants will be given an opportunity to identify areas of interest for their internship placement during the application process. At the end of the summer internship program, top-performing interns are eligible to receive a return offer to join Claritev as a full-time Technology Leadership Program associate upon completion of their undergraduate degree program.
Claritev's Technology Leadership Program provides a unique acceleration opportunity for college graduates interested in launching a career in technology. The 3-year rotational program is designed to provide and develop both technical and leadership skills as associates rotate through 3 12-month placements within Claritev's technology organization. Associates rotate =through various fields, accruing diverse skillsets that prepare them for future roles as technology organization leaders. Program graduates hold positions as engineers, project managers, product owners, team leads, managers, directors, and AVPs at Claritev. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. May perform basic support duties including, but not limited to, data entry, assisting team members, scheduling and filing.
2. Work on special projects as assigned.
3. Provide service satisfaction to customers and strive to continuously improve service delivery according to departmental and corporate guidelines and principles.
4. Respond to routine requests for information from internal and external sources while following established procedures.
5. May participate in regular staff meetings
6. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
8. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:
The intern is an entry level support role requiring basic skills to perform tasks within the function. Work is generally not complex and involves detailed checks or close review of output by a senior co-worker and/or supervisor. This position requires limited latitude/independent judgment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED); and must be actively enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree.
* A cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher (out of 4.0 scale or equivalent)
* Minimum Experience: Entry Level
* Communication (verbal, written and listening), attention to detail, problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills
* Ability to follow instructions
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in both written and verbal form
* Ability to use software, hardware and peripherals related to job responsibilities including MS Office Suites, Word, Excel, etc.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment, which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone
