Job Description: Biomedical Equipment Technician II (Contract) - Minneapolis, MN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician II to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of biomedical equipment.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies.
• Provide training and support to staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in biomedical Equipment Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment Technician.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment and systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
