Shipper/Receiver & Tool Crib

1. Scope of Position:

2. Key Responsibilities

3. Assist in loading and unloading of delivery truck

4. Obtain appropriate information for shipments, weight, measurements, etc.

5. Packing goods properly for shipping and prepare all required shipping documents, i.e creating BOL, or any necessary paperwork needed
6. Booking shipments with local trucking company
7. Track incoming and outgoing shipments
8. Log all incoming shipments, inspect and verify incoming shipments against invoices, purchase orders and other documents, and record if any shortages
9. Complete Transaction on all received parts in IMS (our In- house system)
10. Ability to work with Logistics and Accounting teams on different tasks
11. Ensure assigned work area is kept clean and organized
12. Ability to Prioritize and escalate issues if needed
13. Compliance with company safety rules, policies, and procedures
14. Maintain accurate timesheets
15. Follow all QS-9000 procedures
16. Observe all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
17. Ensure adequate communication with other program team members
18. Attend all required training courses
19. Participate in MAMT's continuous improvement activities
20. Foster good employee relations
21. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

22. perform all other duties as determined by the General Manager or his designate

23. Basic Requirements:
    
    The ideal candidate for this role will have 2 years logistics experience and be able to demonstrate the following:

24. Experience in Forklift, pallet lifters

25. Excellent administration skills, accurate and thorough with attention to detail
26. Computer Literacy
27. Ability to multi-task, accustomed to working with minimal supervision, confident and conscientious
28. Can work in a busy environment

29. Good time management skills, punctual and reliable
