Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will manage property transactions from start to finish, develop and maintain relationships with clients, conduct market research, and collaborate on strategies to facilitate property sales and acquisitions. You will also leverage your expertise in commercial real estate to guide clients in making informed investment decisions and achieve their business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate practices
- Active Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one)
- Proven skills in Sales and Brokerage within real estate transactions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Knowledge of market research and industry trends
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and real estate transaction systems is a plus
