- Support budgeting, operating/capital expenditures, and AR/AP functions.
- Coordinate customer requests with Property Management and Technical Operations.
- Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance.
- Conduct property inspections and support portfolio improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and certificates of insurance.
- Strong analytical and MS Office skills.
- Experience in portfolio, property, or asset operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
