Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Purchaser to lead procurement and inventory efforts while supporting production and ensuring on-time delivery of materials. This role partners closely with internal teams and vendors to drive efficiency, cost savings, and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Manage purchasing operations, inventory levels, and supplier relationships
- Analyze buying trends and forecast material needs
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors
- Process and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and performance
- Support production by preventing material shortages and resolving issues quickly
- Maintain accurate purchasing data, reports, and vendor metrics
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Procurement and purchasing experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
- Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers using decision-making and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to professionally complete administrative tasks
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
