We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. *Duties*
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, focusing on improving daily living skills (ADLs) and behavior management.
- Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accuracy and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist in developing care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Support clients in achieving their goals through positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to medical terminology standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
*Requirements*
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
- 1-3 years experience or knowledge in behavioral therapy, special education, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior management techniques.
-Must have active CPR certification.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
