Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk with approximately 2 years of accounting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and QuickBooks. This role is well-suited for an accounting professional who is eager to grow, takes ownership of their work, and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks.
- Support audits and provide required documentation when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Assist with general administrative and finance-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
