Responsibilities
- Establishing relationships with clients
- Being the day-to-day project contact with lower level clients, creative teams and other agency part
- Working integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing effective compliant work
- Basic understanding of staffing and scoping requirements
- Recognizing scope changes and elevating to Account Supervisors
- Managing multiple smaller projects and supporting more senior PM’s on larger projects
- Basic analyses and presentation of client’s business results and competitive landscapes to clients and agency team members
- Understanding & respecting every department’s role within the agency
- Review and manage content-heavy materials (e.g., manuscripts, long-form brochures and educational materials), ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency across deliverables
- Track, interpret, and ensure resolution of Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) and editorial queries, maintaining clear documentation of feedback and changes
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in version control, and routing of assets through regulatory review processes
- Develop a working understanding of approved brand language and regulatory guidelines to support compliant execution of all deliverables
- Minimum 2 years of advertising agency account experience managing “the making” or delivery of great work
- Bachelors Degree in advertising, communications or related field.
- Billingual in Spanish is a MUST
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
