Position: Case Manager for the Agency with Choice/Alternative Day Program
Supervisor: Lisa Podworski Hours: 40 per Week
Status: Full time Salary: $20 to $22 per hour
The Agency with Choice/Alternative Day Program is seeking to add a key team member to partner with families and consumers. The goal of this partnership is to create and implement innovative and individualized day program models for people with developmental disabilities.
